At AquaPod, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your AquaPod kit, we offer flexible return options to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Window

Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date Extended Returns: Items with manufacturing defects or damage

Return Conditions

Eligible for Return

  • Unused Items: Products in new, unused condition with original packaging
  • Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects or damage
  • Wrong Item: If we shipped the incorrect product
  • Unopened Accessories: Sealed filters, and replacement liners

Return Restrictions

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used AquaPod Kit i.e. bathtub bladder
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • Provide order number and reason for return
  • Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Get prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Package & Ship

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Attach RMA number prominently on package
  • Use provided prepaid label or arrange your own shipping

Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong items shipped by us

Customer Pays Return Shipping:

  • Change of mind returns under $75
  • Returns without original packaging

Return Shipping Methods: We recommend using trackable shipping methods. AquaPod is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Processing: 3-5 business days for refund to appear in your account
  • Total Time: Typically 5-8 business days from when we receive the return

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Full refund to credit card, PayPal, etc.

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Purchase price minus any return shipping fees (if applicable)
  • Partial Refund: For items returned without original packaging or accessories

Exchanges

Direct Exchanges

  • Size/Model Changes: Exchange for different AquaPod model
  • Defective Items: Immediate replacement for defective products

Exchange Process

  • Follow standard return process and indicate "Exchange"
  • New item ships once we receive and inspect returned item
  • Pay difference for upgraded models or receive refund for downgrades

Warranty vs. Returns

Manufacturing Defects: Covered under our 1-year limited warranty - no return needed for warranty repairs

Buyer's Remorse: Standard return policy applies

Damaged in Shipping: Report within 48 hours - considered shipping damage, not return
